•10g 即溶酵母 Instant Yeast 2%
•200g 鮮奶 Milk 40%
•1個 雞蛋 Egg 12%
•140g 無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter 28%
•50g 蘭姆酒 Rum 10%
•200g 葡萄乾 Raisin 40%
•100g 杏仁粉 Almond Meal 20%
•100g 水果蜜餞 Candied Orange and Lemon Peel 20%
Baking : 170℃ / 30minutes
Finishing : Melted Butter and Icing Sugar
