Made with Natural Coloring  ***  Butterfly Pea Flower



Butterfly Pea 9 Layers Cake 蝶豆花九層糕

(21*11*4 cm)

400g   椰奶   Coconut Milk   200%
160g   木薯粉 Tapioca Starch  80%
40g    米粉   Rice Flour      20%
150g   細砂糖 Caster Sugar    75%
1/4tsp 鹽     Salt

80g    蝶豆花水 Butterfly Pea Extract 40%
80g    香蘭水   Fresh Pandan Water    40%


以中火蒸,每層5分鐘,最後20分鐘.
Steam over medium heat,5 minutes for each layer and finally 20 minutes.
