Onion Char Siu Steam Buns 洋蔥叉燒包 (一般包子皮)

材料 :
A.包子皮 Dough
- 600g 中筋麵粉 All-purpose Flour
- 1tsp 即溶酵母 Instant Yeast
- 1/4tsp 鹽 Salt
- 60g 細砂糖 Caster Sugar
- 300g 清水 Water
- 30g 植物油 Vegetable Oil >> 15g
B.內餡 Filling
- 300g 叉燒肉 Chinese BBQ Pork (Char Siu)
- 1顆 洋蔥 Onion (100g-150g)
- 1Tbsp 香油 Sesame Oil / Vegetable Oil
- 1Tbsp 蠔油 Oyster Sauce
- 1Tbsp 醬油 Soy Sauce
- 1Tbsp 糖 Sugar
- 1/4tsp 胡椒粉 Ground White Pepper
- 2Tbsp 玉米粉 Corn Starch
- 200g 清水 Water
* Steam over Medium heat for 15minutes. 中火蒸15分鐘.
