材料 :
A.餅皮 Skin Dough
- •150g 低筋麵粉 Cake Flour
- •100g 蜂蜜/轉化糖漿 Honey/Golden Syrup
- •35g 植物油 Vegetable Oil
- •15g 奶粉 Milk Powder
- •1g 蘇打粉 Baking Soda (optional)
B.內餡 Filling
- •180g 綜合果仁 Mixed Nuts
- •90g 金華火腿/臘腸 Chinese Style Ham/Sausage
- •30g 冬瓜糖/葡萄乾 Candied Winter Melon/Raisin
- •60g 糕粉(熟糯米粉) Cooked Glutinous Flour
- •100g 蜂蜜 Honey
- •20g 奶油 Butter
- •1/4tsp 鹽 Salt
- •1Tbsp 蘭姆酒 Rum
C.表面裝飾 Egg Wash
- •1個 蛋黃 Egg Yolk
- •1tsp 清水 Water
200℃ / 150℃ / 5minutes -> Egg wash -> 200℃ / 150℃ / 15minutes
上火200℃/下火150℃/5分鐘 -> 刷蛋黃液 -> 上火200℃/下火150℃/15分鐘
