Soft Garlic Bread 香蒜軟法
( Makes 4 Loaves 約做4條 )
Bread Dough 麵包麵團 :
- 450g 高筋麵粉 Bread Flour 90%
- 50g 低筋麵粉 Cake Flour 10%
- 40g 細砂糖 Caster Sugar 8%
- 1tsp 鹽 Salt 1%
- 1tsp 即溶酵母 Instant Yeast 1%
- 300g 鮮奶 Milk 60%
- 25g 無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter 5%
Garlic Butter 奶油大蒜 :
- 60g 大蒜 Minced Garlic
- 60g 無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
- 2tsp 細砂糖 Caster Sugar
- 1tsp 鹽 Salt
- 1tsp 巴西利 Chopped Parsley
- 帕瑪仕起士粉 Grated Parmesan Cheese
Baking : 180℃ / 20minutes
