Pandan Chiffon Cake 香蘭戚風蛋糕


Ingredients :

  • 100g   Cake Flour
  • 5ea    Egg Yolk
  • 30g    Fine Sugar
  • 30g    Vegetable Oil
  • 100g   Coconut Milk
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 1Tbsp  Fresh Pandan Extract
  • 5ea    Eggs Whites
  • 70g    Fine Sugar


Pan size : 8 inch (20cm)
Bake in 160°C / 45 minutes
