Pandan Cranberry Cookies 香蘭蔓越莓餅乾

Ingredients 材料 :
- 60g Unsalted Butter 無鹽奶油
- 30g Icing Sugar 糖粉
- 1/8tsp Salt 鹽
- 1/2tsp Pandan Powder 香蘭粉
- 10g Egg Yolk 蛋黃
- 100g Cake Flour 低筋麵粉
- 20g Dried Cranberry 蔓越莓乾
* 150℃/20~25minutes *
