Ingredients 材料 :
- 100g 無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter (40%)
- 150g 黑糖 Brown Sugar (60%)
- 1/4tsp 鹽 Salt
- 1個 雞蛋 Egg (20%)
- 250g 中筋麵粉 All-Purpose Flour (100%)
- 1tsp 泡打粉 Baking Powder
- 1Tbsp 香料 Speculaas Spice
Speculaas Spice 香料 :
- 2tsp ground cinnamon 肉桂粉
- 1/4tsp ground cloves 丁香粉
- 1/4tsp ground nutmeg 肉荳蔻粉
- 1/8tsp ground cardamom 小荳蔻粉
- 1/8tsp ground ginger 薑粉
- 1/8tsp ground aniseed 八角粉
- 1/8tsp ground white pepper 白胡椒粉
* 160℃ / 15minutes *
