Ingredient 材料 :
Crepe Batter 薄餅麵糊 :
- 150g 中筋麵粉 All-purpose Flour 100%
- 1Tbsp 木薯粉 Tapioca Starch 10%
- 375g 椰奶 Coconut Milk 250%
- 2個 雞蛋 Whole Eggs 70%
- 1/4tsp 鹽 Salt
- 1/4tsp 香蘭膏 Pandan Paste
Filling 餡料 :
- 100g 清水 Water
- 100g 椰糖 Palm Sugar
- 1片 香蘭葉 Pandan Leaf
- 100g 椰子絲粉 Desiccated Coconut
