烘乾機臘肉 Dehydrator Cured Meat
材料 Ingredients :
- 1800g 五花肉 Pork Belly
- 10g 花椒 Szechuan Peppercorn
- 10g 八角 Star anise
- 36g 鹽 Salt (2%-5% by Pork's Weight)
- 36g 糖 Sugar
- 90g 醬油 Soy Sauce
- 90g 高粱酒 Chinese Wine
冰箱冷藏醃漬3天。Store in fridge for 3 days。
烘乾機65℃烘12小時。Dehydrate at 65℃ for 12 hours。
