材料 :
- 600g 豬絞肉 Ground Pork Meat
- 100g 細砂糖 Caster Sugar
- 1Tbsp 蠔油 Oyster Sauce or Fish Sauce 魚露
- 1Tbsp 醬油 Soy Sauce
- 1Tbsp 甜醬油 Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1Tbsp 紹興酒 Shaoxing Wine
- 1/4tsp 鹽 Salt
- 1/4tsp 五香粉 Chinese Five Spice Powder
- 1/4tsp 胡椒粉 White or Black Pepper
- 1tsp 辣椒粉 Red Pepper Powder (Optional)
- 2Tbsp 蜂蜜 Honey
- 1tsp 熱水 Hot Water
* 130℃/8+8minutes -> Honey Mixture -> 180℃/3+3minutes *
