Homemade Cendol 自製珍多冰

Ingredients

Cendol : Rice Flour 100g, Tapioca Starch 1Tbsp, Pandan Water 450ml, Sugar 1Tbsp, Salt 1/4tsp, Alkaline Water 1/4tsp(optional).
 
Syrup : Palm Sugar 100g, Sugar 50g, Water 150ml, 2 Pandan Leaves.

Coconut Milk : Coconut Milk 400ml, Salt 1/4tsp, 2 Pandan Leaves.

Ice Cube


 
 
Cendol (Rice Flour) :
Rice Flour 100g, Tapioca Starch 1Tbsp, Pandan Water 450ml, Sugar 1Tbsp, Salt 1/4tsp, Alkaline Water 1/4tsp(optional).

Cendol (Rice Flour) :
Rice Flour 70g, Sago Flour 30g, Pandan Water 300ml, Sugar 1Tbsp, Salt 1/4tsp, Lime Stone Water 1Tbsp(optional).
 
Cendol (Mungbean Flour) :
Mungbean Flour 100g, Pandan Water 650ml, Sugar 2Tbsp, Salt 1/4tsp, Alkaline Water 1/4tsp(optional).
 
Cendol (Mixed Flour) :
Mungbean Flour 50g, Rice Flour 40g, Tapioca Starch 10g, Pandan Water 650ml, Sugar 2Tbsp, Salt 1/4tsp, Alkaline Water 1/4tsp(optional).
 
Cendol (Konjac Powder ) :
Konjac Powder 15g, Rice Flour 2Tbsp, Tapioca Starch 2Tbsp, Pandan Water 500ml, Sugar 1Tbsp, Salt 1/4tsp.
